Good value for a first purchase

Decent puzzle board, minor issue

I bought the Tilting Puzzle Board to save my back a bit. It arrived in about a week, which was okay. The board itself is pretty solid and the tilting feature works as advertised, making it much more comfortable to work on puzzles. I started a 500 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle on it right away. My only small gripe is that one of the felt corners had a tiny bit of fraying straight out of the box. Nothing major that affects usability, but for the price, I expected it to be perfect. Customer service was responsive when I asked if this was normal, so that was good. Overall, it's a useful product, just a tiny quality control miss.
